Our firm specializes in meeting planning services for corporate meetings, association meetings, conferences, seminars, advisory boards, orientation seminars, business development meetings, cocktail receptions, dinner events, award banquets, product launches, sales meetings, training seminars, conventions & trade shows, golf tournaments, team buildings, holiday parties, tours and group activities.
Our firm is co- owned and managed by Anne M. Picillo, CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and Nora Boyle. Anne, serves as President of CMMC, has fifteen (15) years' experience in meeting and event planning. Prior to becoming a meeting planner, Anne was a Bank Officer with Irving Trust Co, New York. Anne resides in Franklin, MA with her husband, Paul and two children, Ashley and Dustin.
Nora Boyle, serves as Vice-President of CMMC, also has fifteen (15) years' experience in meeting and event planning. Prior to becoming a meeting planner, Nora worked as a Vice-President of Executive Recruitment for Sloan Personnel Services, Inc. in New York. Nora resides in Yonkers, NY with her husband, Jim.
Margaret (Peg) Mary Dougherty Marcus, CMP, was the Founder and Past President of Custom Made Meetings. She resides in Honolulu, Hawaii with her husband, Bob. She volunteers at the Mayor Joseph J. Fern Elementary School, Hawaii Opera Theatre and Kapiolani Medical Center.
She is affiliated with AWNY-Advertising Woman of NY as a Board Member & Committee Chairperson, 41-74 Club of NY as a Committee Chair, HBA-Healthcare Businesswomen's Association as Co-founder 1977 & Lifetime Member, MPI (National & New York Chapter-since 1977) as Committee Chair and received her CMP certification in 1993, PAC-Pharmaceutical Advertising Council
as Committee Chair and Meetings/Event Director and PCMA- Professional Convention Management Association
(National & NY Chapter- since 1993) as Committee Chair.
